These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleaves website (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Cleaves (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and account responsibility

You confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

We aim to display product information, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.
Colors and appearance may vary by device screen and lighting.
We may update product details, pricing, and availability without notice.

3) Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or issues with payment authorization.
An order is not confirmed until we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation.

4) Pricing, currency, and payment

Prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees displayed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

5) Shipping, delivery, and customs

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed).
Shipping origin: Orders are shipped from China.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Depending on your location and local rules, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

6) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Buyer covers return shipping costs unless we state otherwise in writing for a specific case.

7) Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:
- May be time-limited
- May not be combined unless stated
- May exclude certain products
We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

8) Intellectual property

The Site and all content (including logos, text, images, product designs shown on the Site, graphics, and layout) are owned by or licensed to Cleaves and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without prior written permission.

12) Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Cleaves will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death/personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited).

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cleaves harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site.
Changes apply from the effective date shown above.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
